The Marine Visitor (MV) program is a liaison between the Coast Guard and Marine Dealers.

For purposes of this program, a Marine Dealer is any business involved in the boating industry, including marinas, retailers selling boating supplies, marine repairs shops, and even barber shops (after all, some of the biggest fish stories are told there!).
